East Village Dental Centre is seeking a Dental Hygienist for our office in Chicago, IL 60622. This position offers flexibility, part-time or full-time positions available! We offer a great Chicago practice with excellent onsite parking and cutting-edge technology.

Our ideal candidate is someone who is compassionate, energetic, has great interpersonal skills and has a positive and professional demeanor.  Experience working as a Dental Hygienist is a plus, however recent grads are encouraged to apply.  Must have an active hygiene license for the state of Illinois.

• Dental Hygienists play a crucial role in enhancing patients' oral health by providing periodontal therapies and other hygiene services. Successful candidates should demonstrate enthusiasm for dental care and a dedication to delivering exceptional service.
• The Dental Hygienist provides oral hygiene dental treatment, care, and education under limited supervision. They adhere to approved guidelines and regulations set by the state.
• Patient screening, medical history and dental charting.
• Application of fluoride and protective sealants. Removal of calculus, stain and plaque from above and below the gum line. 
• Provides nutritional counseling, and self-care programs to prevent disease. 
• Other duties as assigned

• Applicants must possess an active Hygiene license for the state of Illinois.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
