Baystate Dental is a well-established, successful practice, where we truly value our hygienists and the important role they play in our success. To ensure our hygienists get off to a successful start, the candidate we hire will go through a short training program, so when they begin to see patients, they will feel confident and comfortable in their new position within our team. Great for new grads!
We take pride in keeping up with the latest technologies and are excited to be adding Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) and Overjet AI in the near future. Both are sure to be game changers for both our staff and our patients!
Previous experience is great but we also welcome new hygiene grads to apply. The Hygienist we hire must have an active Hygiene license for the state of Massachusetts or must be applying for license soon.
