Hours

Ideal schedule would be 2-3 days/week - Monday / Wednesday and every other Saturday.

What We Offer: 

• Compensation Range: $274,356.00 - $303,511.00+ a year with consistent patient flow!
• Flexible Schedule!

• If a provider is seeking additional hours/ full time, that can be provided at nearby sister locations.

For Full Time:
