Overview

Dental Care Alliance is currently seeking a Regional Business Partner to join our management team. This ideal candidate will be responsible for Colorado & Arizona & must reside in either of those states. This Regional Manager provides leadership, direction and support to the affiliated Dental Care Alliance offices within their region, to ensure financial and operational success. We are looking for a strong leader to build successful relationships with Office Managers, Staff and Dentists. We need an individual that has a strong background in HR and training to ensure the continued success of the staff in their Region.  This individual will be responsible for identifying solutions to increase revenue and make each affiliated offices in their region successful and meet their goals.  Candidate must have proven strong leadership and management experience; and 5+ years of experience managing multiple dental practices.  They must also understand Key Performance Indicators, growth metrics and have a good understanding of clinical vs. non-clinical.All aspects of the job require an exceptional level of customer service and communication skills.   

Responsibilities

The following office manager duties are noted; however, other duties may be assigned:

Supervises Office and Area Managers
Provides overall operational management direction and guidance to regional offices. (Non-Clinical Staff)
Hires office managers and involved in recruiting process for key office positions.
Ensures compliance with Dental Care Alliance policy and procedures.
Plan and implement programs for obtaining the operational goals and objectives for the region.
Ensures compliance with Federal and State laws for dentistry as well as employment and safety.
Trains and evaluates office and area managers as a continuous process.
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of supervision or management of multiple dental offices and staffs.
  • Working knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with dental office management software.
  • Knowledge of effective and efficient dental office operations and production concepts.
  • Able to travel as needed to various regional offices.
  • Must have a comprehensive understanding of the complete business side of dental office operation and management to include IT, Payroll, Collections, Recall Systems, Growth Metrics, KPI performance, etc.
