Dental One Associates of Waldorf is looking for a Full-Time Dental Hygienist in Waldorf, MD, to join our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating team-based environment. We take pride in providing comprehensive, personalized care in warm and welcoming environment, prioritizing patient comfort and advanced treatments for optimal oral health.

Our office is centrally located in Waldorf and is close to St. Charles residential area, Waldorf Town Center Mall and many nice restaurants (great for lunch breaks!).

Position Overview:

We are passionate about preventive oral health care and value our hygiene team. Join our dynamic dental practice as a Dental Hygienist! We pride ourselves on providing exceptional care in supportive, friendly environment with opportunities for professional growth. We work closely as a team in our state-of-the-art facility, utilizing the latest technologies such as; Overjet, CBCT scanner, hygiene lasers, and Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT), to ensure our patients get superior care, while also ensuring our hygienists have what they need to do quality work they will be proud of. 

This is a full-time position working Monday -Friday. Part time employment will also be considered

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine dental cleanings and oral maintenance
• Conduct oral health assessments and take dental X-rays
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
• Assist dentists with exams and treatments as needed
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations
• Follow sterilization and infection control protocols

Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in dental Hygiene from an accredited program
• Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
• Certification in local anesthesia (if applicable)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
