Dental Hygienist

Dental Solutions is looking to hire a Dental Hygienist, for our office located in Deptford, New Jersey.  The hygienist we hire will provide a high level of patient care and satisfaction, while operating in a team based environment. We take pride in providing comprehensive, personalized care in a warm and welcoming environment, prioritizing patient comfort and advanced treatments for optimal oral health.

This role focuses on delivering high- quality dental care through comprehensive oral health services and patient education. This is a part-time position with flexibility in the schedule.

Previous RDH experience is always a plus but we also encourage new hygiene grads to apply as well. The hygienist we hire must have an active Hygiene license for the state of New Jersey. New hygiene grads must be applying for license soon. Bilingual English/Spanish, is also a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
• Conduct oral health assessments and take dental X-rays
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
• Assist dentists with exams and treatments as needed
• Maintain accurate patient records, medical history and ensure compliance with industry regulations
• Follow sterilization and infection control protocols

Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in dental Hygiene from an accredited program
• Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
