We are looking for a Patient Service Representative in Hauppauge, New York to join our clinical team by providing a high level of patient service and satisfaction while operating in a team-based environment. This person will be a support person to all of the staff members and patients in his/her office. They will answer phones, handle patient inquiries, make appointments, and assist with the completion of the patient’s treatment plans through acceptable financial arrangements while being flexible in handling requests and projects assigned by other staff and/or the Office Manager. All aspects of the job require an exceptional level of customer service and communication skills.
The base hourly range for this position is $19.42-$30.35 per hour. In addition to base compensation for the role, an employee may qualify for variable compensation that includes [a production incentive] an annual [or quarterly bonus] tied to performance]. Pay is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, education, work experience, and certifications. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.

The Receptionist is the first line of customer service for all patients and visitors entering our office. They will greet patients, sign them in, schedule future appointments, and handle incoming phone calls.
