  • 2nd & 3rd Saturdays of each month: 8 AM – 3 PM

Lakeshore Family Dentistry is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team in Fox Point, WI. Responsibilities

  • Patient Care & Preparation: Greet and prepare patients for treatment, ensuring their comfort and addressing any questions
  • Chairside Assistance: Support the dentist during procedures by sterilizing instruments, suctioning, passing tools, and ensuring an efficient workflow
  • X-Ray & Diagnostics: Take and develop radiographic images, pour and trim study casts
  • Instrument & Material Handling: Select, mix, and place dental materials as required
  • Post-Treatment Care & Education: Provide oral hygiene guidance, plaque control education, and post-procedure care instructions
  • Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environment
  • Emergency Readiness: Stay prepared by maintaining CPR certification and ensuring emergency supplies are up to date
  • Confidentiality & Documentation: Accurately document treatment details while following HIPAA regulations
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to a positive and efficient team environment by assisting with various clinical and office tasks
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

βœ” X-ray License (Required)
βœ” Experience as a Dental Assistant or Completion of a Formal Dental Assistant Training Program (Required)
βœ” Strong communication and interpersonal skills
βœ” Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and safety
βœ” A team player with a positive, professional attitude
