• Patient Care: Greet and prepare patients for treatment, ensuring their comfort throughout procedures
• Clinical Assistance: Support the dentist by sterilizing instruments, passing tools, suctioning, and preparing materials
• X-Ray & Diagnostics: Take and develop radiographs, assist in pouring, trimming, and polishing study casts
• Infection Control & Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to HIPAA and OSHA guidelines
• Patient Education: Provide oral hygiene instructions and post-treatment care guidance
• Emergency Preparedness: Maintain CPR certification and ensure emergency equipment is up to date
• Record Keeping: Document patient care accurately and confidentially
• Team Collaboration: Assist in maintaining a smooth workflow and contribute to the success of the practice
• Other duties as assigned

✔ X-ray License (Required)
✔ Dental Assistant Experience or Formal Training (Required)
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and safety

The base hourly range for this position is $23 - $25 per hour. In addition to base compensation for the role, an employee may qualify for variable compensation that includes [a production incentive] an annual [or quarterly bonus] tied to performance]. Pay is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, education, work experience, and certifications. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
