We’re looking for a Dental Hygiene Assistant to join our team and provide exceptional patient care in a supportive, team-oriented environment. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, passionate about patient care, and eager to grow their skills in dental hygiene assistance.

• Welcome and prepare patients for their hygiene appointments
• Collect and review medical history documentation and update records in CPS
• Assist with initial consultations, recording patient information, and taking intraoral photos
• Take clinically appropriate X-rays as needed
• Set up and break down treatment rooms, ensuring proper sterilization of instruments and equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment following HIPAA & OSHA regulations
• Escort patients to and from operatories with a warm and professional demeanor
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and maintenance tasks
• Obtain and review patient treatment consents
• Support the dental team with additional duties as assigned

✔ High school diploma or GED
✔ Completion of a Dental Assisting Program 

✔ X-Ray Certification

✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills
✔ A patient-focused, team-oriented attitude
✔ Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

The base hourly range for this position is $20 - $23 per hour. In addition to base compensation for the role, an employee may qualify for variable compensation that includes [a production incentive] an annual [or quarterly bonus] tied to performance]. Pay is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, education, work experience, and certifications. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
