Schedule:
Monday: 7:40 AM – 5:00 PM (off every other Monday)
Tuesday: 7:40 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 10:40 AM – 7:00 PM
Thursday: 7:40 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 7:40 AM – 5:00 PM (off every other Friday)

The following dental hygiene assisting duties are noted; however, other duties may be assigned:

• Distributes and collects completed documentation from patient including medical history.
• Sets up and breaks down treatment rooms, cleans & sterilizes treatment room.
• Sterilize & maintain equipment & instruments.
• Upholds office policy including HIPAA & OSHA
• Greets and escorts patients into operatories and escorts them out.
• Performs assigned daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning & maintenance duties.
• Reviews medical history and inputs into CPS. Asks initial consult questions from patient, records information and takes intra-oral pictures for doctor.  Fills out exam notes as dictated by doctor.
• Ability to take clinically appropriate xrays.
• Obtain and review needed consent for patient treatment.
• Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Completion of Dental Assisting Program preferred

The base hourly range for this position is $20 - $23 per hour. In addition to base compensation for the role, an employee may qualify for variable compensation that includes [a production incentive] an annual [or quarterly bonus] tied to performance]. Pay is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, education, work experience, and certifications. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
