Overview

Red Rocks Endodontics is looking for a Dental Assistant in Wheat Ridge, Colorado to assist our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating in a team-based environment.

Position Overview:
As a Dental Assistant you are an integral part of care team in providing support to the office and assisting the professional dental staff with treatment. Support our mission to providing excellent dental care in the community and help us create more smiles and memorable experiences. Additional Location: This position will also work at the location below aside from our Wheat Ridge office, Mileage reimbursement will be granted as well.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Support: Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and assist dentists during procedures.
• Patient Care: Welcome, comfort, and educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Radiography & Diagnostics: Take and develop X-rays, assist with impressions, and maintain study models.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure infection control protocols, maintain patient confidentiality, and follow workplace regulations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, including scheduling and patient intake (if needed)

Qualifications

• Completion of a one-year certified dental assistant program or Six months on-the-job-experience (with supporting documentation)
• X-Ray certification
• Nitrous Oxide certification is highly recommended
• High school diploma or equivalent
