Dental Hygienist - $5k Sign on Bonus

Dental One Associates at Belair is looking for a full-time Dental Hygienist to join our clinical team in Abingdon, MD. 

Position Overview:

We are passionate about preventive oral health care and value our hygiene team and the role they play in our success.   We pride ourselves on providing exceptional care in a supportive, friendly environment with opportunities for professional growth.  We have 18 operatories and we take pride in utilizing some of the latest dental technology, such as; overjet AI, 5D Itero Scanner, CBCT, hygiene lasers and we are looking forward to adding Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) in the near future.  

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday (8:00-5:00)

Friday - (8:00-3:00)

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine dental cleanings and oral maintenance
• Conduct oral health assessments and take dental X-rays
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
• Assist dentists with exams and treatments as needed
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations
• Follow sterilization and infection control protocols

Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in dental Hygiene from an accredited program
• Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
