Position Overview:

As a Dental Hygienist at Dental Associates of Florida - Tampa, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care through routine cleanings, assessments, and education. You’ll work alongside a supportive team of dental professionals in a practice that values teamwork, professional growth, and patient-centered care.

 

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8-5pm

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health Assessments
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
  • Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and adhere to sterilization protocols

Qualifications

  • Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in dental Hygiene
  • License: Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
  • Certifications: Local anesthesia certification and CPR/First Aid (if applicable)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
