Konikoff Dental is looking for a full-time Dental Hygienist to join our clinical team in our General Booth office located at 2301 General Booth Blvd, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23456. Status: Hourly + Monthly Performance Bonuses

 

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Pay: Base rate of $45 - $49 per hour, with unlimited earning potential exceeding $60 per hour.
  • Sign on Bonus: $5,000
  • Schedule: Monday 8a-6p (every other ) Tuesday-Friday 8a-5p, and 1 Sat a month 8a-12p (Single Column)
  • Average Patients Per Day: 8

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health assessments
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
  • Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and adhere to sterilization protocols

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
  • Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
  • Certification in local anesthesia (if applicable)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
