Castle Rock Dental is looking for a Dental Office Supervisor in Mauston, Wisconsin, to help lead our dynamic team. Position Overview:
As a Dental Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing daily operations in both clinical and administrative areas. You will ensure adherence to sterilization protocols, oversee staff productivity and morale, manage patient workflows, and contribute to delivering outstanding patient care. This role is vital to maintaining an organized, efficient, and compliant practice while supporting the growth and development of your team.

 

 

What we offer:

  • Pay: min$23-max$27 per hour
  • Full time: Monday & Tuesday 7am-7pm and Wednesday 7-5pm and Thursday 8am-1pm

Responsibilities

  • Achieve operational efficiency by managing day-to-day clinic functions, including staff scheduling, patient flow, and inventory control.
  • Maintain sterilization protocols and compliance with OSHA/CDC guidelines.
  • Manage patient flow, walk-ins, and coordinate with providers.
  • Oversees equipment, supply inventory, and maintenance.
  • Address patient concerns and resolve workflow issues in real time.
  • Maintain accurate clinical and administrative records, ensuring proper documentation of treatments, billing and insurance verification.
  • Support team onboarding, training, and performance development in collaboration with the Clinical Manager and HR team.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience within dental or medical setting.
  • Experience in insurance processes and billing is a must.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills to work independently in fast paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and practice management software.
  • Strong attention to detail, compliance, and confidentiality in handling patient records and office operations.
