Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Advanced Dentistry South Florida is a premier, high-end dental practice dedicated to delivering exceptional care in a modern, patient-centered environment. We proudly serve a diverse patient population, including athletes from Florida Atlantic University and the U.S. Olympic team. Our office is deeply involved in the community and is known for clinical excellence and a strong team culture.
We are currently hiring a Surgical Dental Assistant—but this is not your typical hiring process. This position begins with a short, paid working interview period (typically 1–2 days). It gives us the chance to see your skills and approach in real time—and it gives you the opportunity to evaluate our office, culture, and pace of work.
If both sides feel it’s a great fit, we move forward together. No fluff. Just a transparent and mutual trial period to make sure we’re aligned.
We’re looking for an experienced, highly skilled assistant who is confident in a surgical setting and works proactively to support the doctor and patient.

At least 4 years of experience in dental assisting (10+ preferred)

If you are a dedicated and skilled surgical dental assistant interested in a real opportunity to grow with a respected team, we invite you to apply. Submit your resume to be considered. If selected, we will schedule a short paid trial period so we can both evaluate the fit.
