We are currently hiring for a Surgical Dental Assistant to support our doctors with oral surgery procedures. This is a great opportunity for someone with surgical experience who wants to work in a fast-paced, high-quality clinical setting.
What makes this opportunity unique is that we begin with a brief paid working interview, typically one or two days. This allows both you and our team to experience what it’s like to work together before committing to a full-time offer. It’s a chance to make sure the fit is right on both sides—transparent and simple.
Assist chairside during surgical procedures including extractions, implant placements, periodontal surgeries, and IV sedation
Review and document medical histories with accuracy and care
Maintain a sterile and well-prepared surgical environment
Provide clear communication and patient support throughout procedures
Collaborate with the clinical team to maintain smooth day-to-day flow
Minimum of 4 years of dental assisting experience (10+ preferred)
Strong background assisting in oral surgery cases
Comfortable with medical history review and documentation
CPR certification required (or willingness to obtain immediately)
Dentrix experience is preferred
Professional, organized, and attentive to detail
