Dental Hygienist

Naylors Court Dental Partners is looking for a Full-Time Dental Hygienist, to join our clinical team in Pikesville, MD, to provide a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating in a team-based environment. We are committed to providing comprehensive, personalized care in a warm and welcoming environment, prioritizing patient comfort and advanced treatments for optimal oral health.

Schedule:

Monday (7:50-5:00)

Tuesday (6:50-12:00)

Wednesday (7:50-5:00)

Thursday (7:50-5:00)

Friday (7:50-1:00)

Naylors Court Dental Partners is a well established, success, dental practice with a team of doctors that have been in the practice for over 20 years.  We greatly appreciate our hygienists for the important role they play in our success and keeping our loyal patients happy.  

We understand technology continues to improve, and we strive to keep up with the latest technology, for the benefits of our patients, as well as our hygienists.  At our state-of-the-art facility, we're currently utilizing digital x-rays, Itero Scanners, laser therapy and we'll be adding Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) and Overjet AI in the near future.  If you're looking to grow your career in an office, that stands out among the rest, then this is the position for you! 

Previous experience working as a hygienist is always great, but we also encourage new hygiene grads to apply as well.  The hygienist we hire must have an active hygiene license in the state of MD.  New Hygiene grads must be applying for license soon.

To ensure our hygienists get off to a successful start, the candidate we hire will be offered a short training program, so when they begin to see patients, they will feel confident and comfortable in their new position within our team.  Great for new grads!

• Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health Assessments
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
• Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and adhere to sterilization protocols

• Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in dental Hygiene
• License: Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
