Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact, greeting and assisting patients with warmth and professionalism.
  • Manage insurance verification and benefits breakdowns for patients, ensuring accurate coverage details.
  • Prepare and present detailed treatment plans with financial estimates, ensuring patients fully understand their costs and payment options.
  • Answer calls, schedule appointments, and assist patients with financial and insurance inquiries.
  • Verify and process dental insurance (PPO only; we do not accept HMO plans).
  • Maintain a well-organized and welcoming front office environment.
  • Support the clinical team by facilitating smooth patient flow throughout the day.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in a dental office is REQUIRED.
  • Proficiency in dental insurance, financial presentations, and treatment planning is REQUIRED.
  • Strong understanding of dental billing, claims processing, and financial coordination.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Availability to work as needed within our office hours (shifts vary between 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM).
