We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant for a periodontal surgical office to join our team. As a Dental Assistant, you will work closely with the specialists and dental hygienists to provide exceptional patient care. Your main responsibilities will include assisting with surgical procedures, taking dental x-rays, intra-oral scan and 3D and oral scans preparing treatment rooms, and maintaining patient records. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality dental care.

Responsibilities: - Assist the dentist during dental procedures - Take and develop dental x-ray, scans and intra-oral scans

- Order responsibility for Implant and other surgical material

- Prepare treatment rooms for patient visits - Sterilize and maintain dental instruments - Provide chairside assistance to the dentist and dental hygienists - Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions - Maintain accurate and detailed patient records -

Qualifications

- 4+ years of experience required

- Formal dental training preferred

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Associate degree preferred
