The Director of Finance is responsible for overseeing planning, analytics, and reporting for a multi-state Dental offices. This role ensures financial integrity and supports strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and collaboration with cross-functional teams
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions**):
- Lead strategic financial initiatives and projects for the field.
- Provide oversite of financial performance for all active offices
- Partner with key operational leaders to drive profitability and accountability of financials
- Assist in enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Provide executive-level reporting and insights to support strategic decisions.
- Manage relationships with external departments from real estate, analytics etc.
- Mentor and develop finance leaders across the organization.
Work Environment:
Office-based with occasional travel to regional offices and clinics across 24 states. Hybrid / Remote work arrangements may be available.
Physical Demands:
Primarily sedentary work with occasional lifting of files or office supplies. Requires extended periods of computer use.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or CPA preferred).
Qualifications/Training:
- Minimum 7 years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in healthcare or multi-site operations.
