Advanced Dentistry South Florida is looking for a Patient Service Representative in Delray Beach, Flordia, to join our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating team-based environment. Since 1982, Advanced Dentistry South Florida has proudly served the Delray Beach community as a trusted provider of comprehensive dental care. We are the official dental office for the FAU Men's Basketball Team and offer a full range of services under one roof, including general dentistry, endodontics, and oral surgery. Our team is committed to delivering personalized, advanced treatments in a warm and welcoming environment.

 

Position Overview
This role is ideal for someone with a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and a desire to grow a career in dentistry. The Patient Service Representative supports both patients and staff by managing front desk responsibilities such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, handling patient inquiries, and coordinating financial arrangements. Flexibility, a positive attitude, and a team-first mindset are essential.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Assist patients with treatment plans and financial options
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations
  • Support additional office projects as assigned by the Office Manager

 

What we offer:

  • Pay: min$18-max$22 per hour
  • Full time: Monday - Friday 8am-5:30pm

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a dental office required
  • Knowledge of insurance plans (HMO/PPO)
  • Experience answering telephone
  • Must have exceptional customer service skills
  • Proficiency with dental software systems (such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental)
