Farber Center for Periodontics & Dental Implants is looking for a Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our team Medford, New York to assist our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating in a team-based environment. 
Position Overview: 
As a Treatment Plan Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in guiding patients through their treatment journey, educating them on their options, and ensuring a seamless scheduling and financial coordination process. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about patient care, detail-oriented, and skilled in administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Service; acknowledge, smile and greet patients upon arrival/dismissal
  • Respond to patient questions and or concerns according to DCA Policies
  • Answering Telephones
  • Scheduling Appointments
  • Maintaining Appointment Book
  • Confirming Appointments
  • Follow up on no shows/cancellation of Appointments
  • Register Patients on sign in sheet
  • Post charges and payments to patient accounts
  • Checking voicemail on a daily basis
  • Maintain a clean and friendly waiting area for patients

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Dental experience is required
