Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in dental treatment planning, insurance verification, or patient financial coordination
  • Proficiency in Dentrix, insurance portals, and digital patient records

Preferred:

  • Experience in a multi-specialty or concierge dental practice
  • Background working with complex cosmetic or full-mouth reconstruction cases.
  • Familiarity with flexible payment solutions or financing platforms

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance options
  • PTO, paid holidays, and CE opportunities
  • Work alongside a top-tier team in a gorgeous, modern office.
