We are looking for an experienced, confident, fast-moving, and personable Dental Assistant who thrives in a high-end clinical environment. You must be someone the doctor can confidently leave in the room with a patient, knowing they'll feel comfortable, cared for, and well-informed.

If you can adapt quickly, stay composed when treatment plans shift mid-appointment, and bring confident, positive energy into every interaction, you’ll thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Chairside Clinical Support

  • Assist the doctor in a full range of general and specialty procedures, including but not limited to crown and bridge, cosmetic restorations, implant surgeries, and complex restorative cases.
  • You should feel comfortable stepping in seamlessly during procedures, anticipating what’s needed next and supporting the doctor with calm, steady confidence
  • Capture detailed digital impressions and diagnostic records that meet both clinical standards and the doctor’s visual expectations for perfection.
  • Take digital X-rays, intraoral photos, and scans using software systems and other digital tools
  • Handle attachments and post-op protocols efficiently and accurately
  • Serve as a trusted extension of the provider, capable of carrying the room when the doctor steps out. Patients should feel engaged, cared for, and at ease in your presence.
  • Operatory Management & Sterilization
  • Follow OSHA and infection control protocols rigorously while keeping sterilization workflows efficient and proactive.
  • Meticulously set up and break down rooms between patients. Confidently place attachments and assist with bonding, curing, and finishing techniques where needed.
  • Ensure every room reflects the practice’s high-end, luxury standards, nothing out of place, no corner overlooked.
  • Sterilize instruments according to protocol and track usage

Communication & Patient Experience

  • Deliver a warm, upbeat, and professional chairside presence that reflects the luxury, trust, and care patients expect from high-end practice.
  • Make patients feel truly seen, safe, and informed, not just about their treatment, but about their health and wellness journey.
  • Bridge the gap between provider and patient, translating clinical information into easy-to-understand guidance while reinforcing the doctor’s treatment recommendations.
  • Ensure smooth treatment flow by staying one step ahead of potential delays, confusion, or miscommunication — creating a calm, confident atmosphere even during schedule changes or clinical adjustments.

Administrative & Technical Skills

  • Document clinical notes, post-ops, and changes in Dentrix accurately
  • Track and reorder supplies as needed in collaboration with TC and clinical lead
  • Support lab case follow-up and coordination
  • Use intraoral scanning and diagnostic tools to support doctors during consultations
