We are seeking a full-time Hygienist to join our team at Elite Dental Center in Arlington.

• Schedule: 6:50am-4:15pm (full-time 4 days a week, very flexible schedule)

Our boutique practice combines a spa-like ambiance with cutting-edge technology, including digital x-rays, Biolase diode lasers, and EMS AIRFLOW PROPHYLAXIS MASTER (GBT) units in every hygiene room. In addition, our hygienists have access to an iTero Lumina scanner and a Dental CBCT machine within the office.

Conveniently located in the heart of walkable Arlington-just two blocks from Clarendon Metro-our office is also close to Washington and Wilson Boulevards for an easy commute by metro or car. We provide complementary parking in a nearby garage (just one block away, making access simple and stress-free. Our tucked away location helps us maintain a loyal patient base built on referrals and outstanding online reviews.

• Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health Assessments
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
• Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and adhere to sterilization protocols

• Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in dental Hygiene
• License: Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
• Certifications: Local anesthesia certification and CPR/First Aid (if applicable)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
