Must have Dental Office experience

Our patients expect precision, clarity, and professionalism at every touch-point, and our team is held to the same standard. We are seeking an exceptional Lead Clinical Treatment Coordinator with extensive dental knowledge, proven leadership ability, and the confidence to fully own the role. Attention to detail, follow-through, and the ability to lead by example are essential. If you are driven, organized, and take pride in operating at a high standard within a fast-moving, excellence-focused practice, this role offers the opportunity to be a key clinical leader in a respected and growing dental organization.

About our office:
Founded in 1982, Advanced Dentistry of South Florida has grown into one of the region’s most established and respected multi-specialty dental practices. What began as a single practice has evolved into a large, high-performing organization with 9+ doctors and nearly 40 team members, operating at a level that requires structure, collaboration, and clinical excellence every day.
As the official dental provider for the FAU Athletic Department, the practice is trusted to deliver precise, high-quality care to patients with high expectations and demanding schedules. Our integrated model brings together experienced general dentists alongside in-house specialists, including endodontics and oral surgery, allowing patients to receive comprehensive, coordinated care under one roof.
We are known for handling everything from routine dentistry to complex, multi-phase treatment plans in a fast-paced, private-practice environment that values professionalism, efficiency, and a premium patient experience. Every role within the practice plays a critical part in maintaining the standard of care and service that has defined Advanced Dentistry of South Florida for over four decades.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the clinical anchor for complex treatment coordination, overseeing multi-phase, high-production cases including full-mouth rehabilitations, surgical cases, and staged treatment plans from diagnosis through completion.
Own the clinical onboarding and integration of new hires, leading the experience from Day 1 through full clinical independence. This includes training on treatment presentation standards, documentation protocols, case flow, and expectations within a high-end private practice environment.
Interview, onboard, mentor, and develop clinical team members, setting clear expectations, reinforcing accountability, and ensuring consistency in clinical and patient-facing standards across the practice.
Implement and lead daily, weekly, and monthly check-ins with clinical team members to review performance, work-flow efficiency, treatment progress, and opportunities for improvement.
Actively drive case acceptance and treatment completion by proactively following up on unscheduled treatment, identifying barriers to care, and working closely with patients and providers to move cases forward.
Manage all hospital-based cases, including coordination of staged surgeries, pre-op preparation, post-op follow-up, and continuity of care between hospital settings and the practice.
Collaborate closely with doctors and specialists to ensure proper clinical sequencing, accurate timing between procedures, and alignment on treatment priorities, anticipating needs before they become bottlenecks.
Utilize advanced clinical technology and software including Overjet, Dentrix, iTero, and CBCT imaging—to analyze cases, document treatment plans, track progress, and communicate real-time updates to providers and leadership.
Maintain exceptional documentation standards, ensuring all clinical notes, financial arrangements, and treatment plans are accurate, compliant, and reflective of a luxury-level patient experience.
Lead by example in creating a culture of ownership, initiative, and excellence, where team members are empowered, supported, and held to high professional standards.
Maintain oversight of clinical supply ordering, inventory, and vendor relations while ensuring cost-efficiency while upholding the highest standard of clinical readiness.

Demonstrated experience presenting comprehensive treatment plans, including complex, multi-phase cases, and actively managing care from diagnosis through completion.

High level of comfort with dental and clinical technology, including practice management systems and diagnostic tools such as Dentrix, Overjet, iTero, CBCT, and related digital platforms.
Proven leadership or team lead experience, with the ability to mentor, guide, and hold team members accountable (professional references required).
Ability to fabricate temporaries/provisionals with precision and efficiency in alignment with high-end aesthetic and functional standards.
Hands-on experience with Invisalign work-flows, including case coordination, patient education, and treatment monitoring.
A strong working background across both front desk and back-office operations, allowing for seamless collaboration between clinical, administrative, and provider teams.
