Smiles at Fairfax- Rayek is looking for a full-time Dental Hygienist in Fairfax, Virginia to join our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating in a team-based environment. We are committed to providing comprehensive, personalized care in a warm and welcoming environment, prioritizing patient comfort and advanced treatments for optimal oral health. 

As a Dental Hygienist at Smiles at Fairfax-Rayek, you'll provide exceptional care through routine cleanings, assessments, and education, while supporting a dynamic team of dental professionals. We offer a friendly, growth-oriented workplace where patient comfort is always a priority. 

 
Status:Full-time

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-4:00pm and Friday 8:00am-2:00pm

Compensation & Incentives  

  • Competitive salary range: $60-$65/hour (single column hygiene) and $65-$70/hour (assisted column hygiene) + monthly incentive bonus

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health Assessments
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
  • Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and adhere to sterilization protocols

Qualifications

  • Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in dental Hygiene
  • License: Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
  • Certifications: Local anesthesia certification and CPR/First Aid (if applicable)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
