Baystate Dental of Springfield is looking for a full-time Dental Hygienist for our office located in springfield Massachusetts.

This role focuses on delivering high-quality dental care through comprehensive oral health services and patient education. Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
  • Active or pending Florida Hygiene License
  • X-Ray License required
  • Certification in local anesthesia (if applicable)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
  • Conduct oral health assessments and take dental X-rays
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
  • Assist dentists with exams and treatments as needed
  • Maintain accurate patient records, medical history and ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Follow sterilization and infection control protocols

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in dental Hygiene from an accredited program
  • Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
