Baystate Dental of Belchertown is looking for a full-time Dental Hygienist for our office located in Blechertown Massachusetts to join our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction in a team-based environment. Position Overview:

This role focuses on delivering high-quality dental care through comprehensive oral health services and patient education. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8-5

Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
  • Active or pending Florida Hygiene License
  • X-Ray License required
  • Certification in local anesthesia (if applicable)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health Assessments
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
  • Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and adhere to sterilization protocols

Qualifications

  • Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in dental Hygiene
  • License: Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
  • Certifications: Local anesthesia certification and CPR/First Aid (if applicable)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
