Garden State Dental is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Part-Time Dental Hygienist to join our clinical team in East Brunswick, New Jersey. Compensation & Benefits

  • $53–$56 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Provide preventive and therapeutic hygiene services

  • Perform periodontal assessments and charting

  • Deliver patient education and oral hygiene instruction

  • Partner with the doctor and team to support comprehensive treatment planning

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Qualifications

  • Active New Jersey Dental Hygiene license

  • Strong communication and patient education skills

  • Commitment to quality care and team collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health Assessments
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
  • Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and adhere to sterilization protocols

Qualifications

  • Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in dental Hygiene
  • License: Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
  • Certifications: Local anesthesia certification and CPR/First Aid (if applicable)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
