We are seeking a high-performing dental professional to provide leadership support across our offices in Haverford, Media, and Wyncote, PA, with a clear pathway to step into a Practice Manager role as business needs evolve.
This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in dental office operations—particularly those with experience as a Treatment Coordinator or Patient Service Representative—who are ready to grow into a leadership position. While prior supervisory experience is a plus, we are primarily seeking candidates who demonstrate leadership potential, strong operational awareness, and the ability to drive both team performance and patient experience.
In this position, you will serve as a key point of contact for office teams, partnering closely with leadership to ensure effective communication, consistency across locations, and overall operational support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and confident in managing multiple priorities, while leading in a positive, solutions-oriented manner.
