Atlanta Center for Cosmetic Dentistry is seeking a poised, personable Patient Concierge to be the welcoming face and calming presence of our practice.

Known globally for exceptional cosmetic dentistry and a five-star patient experience, our office blends clinical excellence with a refined, spa-like atmosphere. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in service, communication, and relationship-building—and who understands that first impressions matter.

You will play a critical role in shaping how patients feel from the moment they contact or enter our office. You are calm under pressure, naturally hospitality-driven, and take pride in delivering thoughtful, polished service.

What You’ll Do

• Greet patients warmly and create an elevated, welcoming experience
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient flow
• Maintain a polished, organized, and serene front office environment
• Anticipate patient needs and deliver white-glove service throughout their visit

What We’re Looking For

• Polished, professional demeanor with a naturally warm personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organization
• Ability to multitask calmly in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
• Experience in a dental, medical, hospitality, or luxury service setting preferred
• Comfort discussing scheduling and financial information with patients
• A genuine desire to make people feel cared for and at ease
