Overview

Experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator

 

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Treatment Coordinator to support our growing dental practices in Haverford, Media, and Wyncote, PA.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental office operations, including treatment presentation, scheduling, patient communication, insurance verification, benefits coordination, and case acceptance. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, patient-focused, and comfortable helping drive efficiency and consistency across multiple office locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements with patients
  • Coordinate scheduling to maximize productivity and patient satisfaction
  • Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with understanding coverage
  • Follow up on pending treatment and unscheduled treatment plans
  • Support front office operations and patient communication
  • Collaborate with office leadership to help maintain efficient workflows

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator or experienced Patient Service Representative in a dental practice
  • Strong knowledge of dental insurance and treatment planning
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with dental practice management software preferred

Compensation: $22–$25 per hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Educate, consult, and present patient treatment plans in clear and supportive manner
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments
  • Verify and process insurance for clinical appointments
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and information using dental software
  • Collect and process payments for services rendered
  • Manage doctors and hygiene schedules as needed
  • Support marketing and promotional efforts to drive patient engagement and growth

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Minimum of 2 years of front office experience,in a dental setting and dental software, required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience working with various dental insurance plans, couples with strong communication skills.
