What You'll Do

As our Practice Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, lead an outstanding team, support patient satisfaction, manage office performance, and help drive the continued growth and success of the practice.

What We're Looking For

✔ 2+ years of management experience in a pediatric dental setting
✔ Dental or medical office experience required
✔ Strong knowledge of insurance processes and billing
✔ Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
✔ Experience with Microsoft Office and practice management software
✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
