At Imagix Dental, our Dental Assistants play an important role in creating a positive patient experience while supporting the dentist and clinical team. You’ll have the opportunity to work in a modern practice with advanced technology and a team that values teamwork, professionalism, and quality patient care.
Assist the dentist during procedures and treatment
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
Take X-rays and assist with impressions and study models
Welcome, comfort, and educate patients
Provide post-treatment instructions and support excellent patient care
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Follow OSHA, HIPAA, infection control, and safety protocols
Support the clinical team and help keep the office running smoothly
Assist with dental and medical emergencies as needed
3+ years of hands-on dental assisting experience required
Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification required
X-Ray certification required
Nitrous Oxide certification highly preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Current CPR certification
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A positive, patient-focused attitude
Dental Assistants are expected to maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA, CPR, and infection control training as required.
Full-time schedule: Monday–Thursday 7:45 AM–5:00 PM, Friday 7:45 AM–1:00 PM
