Bright Smiles Family Dental is seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Practice Manager to lead our team in Pflugerville, TX. Position Overview

As a Dental Practice Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the practice, ensuring an outstanding experience for both patients and team members. You will be responsible for managing office performance, driving productivity, supporting business growth initiatives, and maintaining efficient administrative and financial operations.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a strong background in dental office management, insurance and billing processes, staff development, and patient relations.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of management experience in a dental practice
  • Dental office experience required
  • Strong knowledge of dental insurance processes and billing
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dental practice management software
  • High level of attention to detail, professionalism, and confidentiality

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and exceptional patient care
  • Lead and support front office staff, dental assistants, hygienists, and treatment coordinators
  • Manage scheduling, staffing, and workflow to maximize productivity and patient satisfaction
  • Support treatment planning, billing, and insurance processing
  • Monitor office financial performance, including collections, receivables, expenses, and reporting
  • Maintain inventory, equipment, and overall office organization
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members
  • Address patient and employee concerns professionally and effectively
  • Promote a positive office culture focused on teamwork and service excellence
