Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Part-Time

Dental One Associates Eagles Landing is looking for an experienced, patient-focused Registered Dental Assistant to join our growing periodontal team!

This position will work alongside our Periodontist, assisting with specialty dental procedures and providing exceptional patient care. We are looking for someone who is comfortable reviewing treatment plans with patients, explaining recommended treatment, and helping patients feel confident moving forward with their care.

Part-time Schedule:

• Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

• Opportunity for additional days as the practice grows!

What You'll Do:

• Assist the Periodontist with periodontal procedures and patient care.

• Review treatment plans with patients and help them understand recommended treatment.

• Communicate treatment recommendations clearly and answer patient questions.

• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain instruments and equipment.

• Take dental X-rays and maintain accurate patient records.

• Follow infection control and sterilization protocols.

• Help create a positive, comfortable experience for every patient.

What We're Looking For:

• Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) credential required.

• Current X-ray certification required.

• At least 2 years of hands-on dental assisting experience.

• Periodontal or specialty dental experience is a plus.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable discussing treatment plans with patients.

• Patient-focused, dependable, and detail-oriented.
