Are you friendly, dependable, and enjoy working with people? Ashcraft Orthodontics is looking for a motivated Patient Services Representative to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the dental field. No dental experience is required!

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday

• Full-Time

What You'll Do:

• Welcome patients and provide a friendly, positive experience.

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with patient inquiries.

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.

• Check patients in and out.

• Assist with patient records and general front office duties.

• Provide excellent customer service to patients and families.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous customer service experience preferred.

• No dental experience required!

• Recent high school graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Friendly, professional, and dependable.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
