    We are currently looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position located in our Corporate Office in Miami, FL. Ideal candidate must have 3 - 5 years of progressive experience working with non traditional forms of compensation. Must be proficient with Excel. .

    • Reviews and edits trial payrolls to ensure a high level of accuracy
    • Processes final payroll in a timely manner to meet all internal and external deadlines and distribute to all employees according to set procedures
    • Ensures compliance with federal, state & local laws
    • Accurately maintain records of changes affecting employee’s net wages including insurance coverages, garnishments, 401k Plan deductions, etc.
    • Other duties as assigned by Manager


    Desired Skills:

    • 5+ years' of computerized payroll processing experience
    • Federal and State tax knowledge preferred
    • Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
    • Must be detailed oriented
    • Excellent ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, including directors and clinical providers.
    • Ability to handle highly confidential information
    • Must be able to prioritize and adhere to deadlines
    • Must work the scheduled hours, including overtime, and during Holidays as needed
    • Responsible for the calculation and preparation of our provider payroll
    • Processes final payroll in a timely manner to meet all internal and external deadlines an distributes to providers all necessary calculations and backup
    • Bachelor's Degree or higher, strongly preferred
    • Must have High School diploma
