    Dental Care Alliance, one of the Top 50 growth companies on Florida's Gulf Coast, continues to add to its Finance Department at its Lakewood Ranch, Florida location. DCA now operates 280 dental offices across 16 states from its corporate headquarters.

     

    The Division Marketing Director position is responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to achieve desired growth objectives for assigned dental groups and practices. Successful candidates will exhibit strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to provide positive return on marketing investments and deliver desired results. Position will report to Vice President of Marketing.

     

    We will be hiring 4 positions. These are home-based opportunties in the metro area for easy commute by car and/or plane. 

     

    1. Florida Marketing Director - Orlando preferred 

    2. Southeast Marketing Director - Atlanta, GA

    3. Midwest Marketing Director - Houston/Dallas, TX

    4. Northeast Marketing Director - Any metro area

    Responsibilities

    Essential Functions

    1. Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and forecasts to achieve specific growth objectives.
    2. Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets.
    3. Plans and oversees advertising, marketing and public relations activities across all marketing channels.
    4. Ensures effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
    5. Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
    6. Monitors competitor’s marketing activities.
    7. Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
    8. Guides preparation of marketing activity reports and presents to executive management.
    9. Directs market channel development activity and coordinates execution of all marketing strategies.  
    10. Analyzes and controls expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements.
    11. Prepares periodic reports showing marketing activity and results correlating to revenue and other KPIs.

    Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

    This is a full-time salaried position. Extensive traveling (both local and out of state) and some non-business hour meetings will be required.

    Qualifications

    1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar field.
    2. 5-10 years of related experience with progressive responsibilities.
