We need an outstanding individual to manage processes, team projects, and to be accountable for the practice's growth. Our practice has enjoyed great success and needs an exceptional team leader to continue to lead our hardworking team.
We are looking for someone with 2 or more years of management experience; dental office experience is required; someone who is self-motivated, resolves conflicts, loves to learn, and has great leadership skills. This person must be well organized, have strong computer skills, enjoys working with numbers and has a very systematic approach to their work. We need a Dental Office Manager with a strong work ethic that will commit and focus their time and energy into the success of this practice. This unique individual will oversee the daily operations of the dental office by managing employee relations, patient relations, and achieving operational goals. They will also be responsible for office profit & loss by managing patient scheduling, staff productivity, collections and receivables, and miscellaneous operations expenses. Additional responsibilities include stimulating new patient growth by supporting sales, marketing and promotional programs. Administrative tasks such as financial report review, bank deposits, revenue posting, and staff payroll and bonus are a part of the operational responsibilities.
